Gateway Transitional Care Center is a modern, state-of-the-art facility, conveniently located on Memorial Drive, adjacent to Idaho State University campus near the ISU Holt Arena. We are a short drive from area hospitals and medical services including Portneuf Medical Center, Bingham Memorial’s Orthopedic Institute, and the ISU Speech & Hearing Center.
We feature 88 beds and beautiful spacious rooms in either private or semi-private settings. Guests will enjoy well-appointed accommodations, a diverse activities program, nutritious satisfying menus, housekeeping and laundry services, indoor therapy pool, and beautifully landscaped grounds.
